Meet Al. Al hates the environment. So much so that Al goes out of his way to hurt the environment to improve his own quality of life. Al explains his twisted point view and even burns some garbage along the way. But is there more to this being of pure biased hatred than meets the eye? Video by Aaron McGrath

About this video:
It all started out so simple. When Kristen first got to Rock Ventures she thought she was just going to learn the basics of indoor rock climbing. What she didn’t know was that by the end of the day she would be leaping off a 30-foot platform into… nothing! Check out Kristen’s latest adventure as she learns some new skills and maybe conquers her fear of heights (well, almost).

Meet the Band: Long Lake
About this video:
When asking Long Lake to describe their sound, it’s hard to get much out of them beyond the fact they’re a rock n’ roll band. But frontman Brendan Simms will gladly describe to you the band’s aesthetic, affectionally refered to as “frugal-core.” These laid back rockers aren’t out to make it rich but their live show truly reflects their personality: four guys who want to have fun and play a good show with quality music. And maybe have a beer afterwards. Check out the band’s myspace at myspace.com/longlakesongs. Video by Aaron McGrath

Someone to Know: Jason Fox
About this video:
When Jason Fox left college with a degree in psychology, he probably wasn’t aware that the only brains he was going to be picking were those of local bar and restaurant owners. As the Head Brewer at Custom Brewcrafters in Honeoye Falls, Jason oversees all aspects of the brewery and helps local pubs and eateries develop their own custom brews. A real hands-on guy, Jason was more than happy to shed a little light on his job and the brewing industry. Cheers! Video by Aaron J. McGrath.
