Stop Uwe Boll!
For those of you that have seen any of the movies directed by Uwe Boll - you know he needs to be stopped. If you have not seen any of his movies, consider yourself lucky. Mr. Boll even challenged film critics to a boxing match because he was so fed up with the negative reviews that his films received. Unfortunately for us, Mr. Boll won the boxing match and continues to make movies. Now, he has challenged us to a petition. If we can get 1 million signatures on the petition, he’ll quit the movie business forever.
check out his filmography - an average rating of 2 out of 10!

Now sign the petition.

To be fair, his is Mr. Boll’s rebuttal and his own petition. http://www.movieset.com/postal/news/uwe-boll-breaks-his-brief-silence,-s...

I had to do it. I signed the petition to let Uwe Boll keep making movies. Sure they are some of the worst movies out there but think of the employees of the USA Network and the SciFi Channel. They have to show something on the weekends. Did you see Warbirds on SciFi? It makes Bloodrayne look like an Oscar contender for sure.
What we really need is a TV series from Boll. How about a spin-off to Lost with vampires or zombies.
And Postal looks just as horrible and therefore hillarious as the game!!!
Keep those awful movies coming!!!
Well, there’s the trailer for postal which is one thing but then there is the pre-credit sequence.
This film, if it even gets released, will certainly be the end of Mr. Boll. There is parody and then there is disregard of emotion and I think Postal falls into the latter.
Warning!!!!! This clip is highly offensive and pretty much mocks the events of 9/11. Watch at your own risk.

and here’s the trailer for good measure.

That post reminded me of the one and only movie I have ever walked out of. It wasn’t really my choice, I was only 7 at the time and my parents took me and my sister to Kentucky Fried Movie. Look it up at IMDb if you don’t know it. http://imdb.com/title/tt0076257/ There is even a Uwe Boll connection since in 1991 his first movie was German Fried Movie.
Over the years I have seen Kentucky Fried Movie on cable and although it is on the list of some of the stupidest movies I have been to; (I even saw The Stupids with Tom Arnold) I didn’t hate it as much as my folks did. I am sad to say I missed German Fried Movie but I am certain it ranks up there with Boll’s latter projects.
I can guarantee my parents won’t be going to Postal and I can safely say that they wouldn’t know Uwe Boll if he came up and bit them but his movies aren’t for them. There is an audience for Mr. Boll’s “art” and we could just leave it at that but instead we give him all this extra publicity. He gets in the ring with critics and the cameras and reporters were there. He calls out the community to sign a petition and the cameras and reporters are there.
Maybe if we left him alone he would continue to make movies for the dozen or so of us that bother to watch them and everyone else can do what they have clearly done for the last couple decades: ignore him. He had his 15 minutes why give him 15 more?
The push shouldn’t be to “Stop Uwe Boll”; it should be to forget him just as we will most likely forget his work.
Agreed Mr Baker, agreed.
I have much more important things to worry about than self-obsessed hacks, and I actually value Boll’s presence. How are we supposed to know what’s good if we’ve never seen what sucks?
